I think this model deserves its own thread separate from the P.A. 1-6 ACSS scope because of different specs.

Maybe I'm confused. Is Optisan ACSS 1-6x scope the same thing as PA ACSS 1-6x? Or are they different models?

I'm assuming this is a Gen 1 vs. Gen 2 thing. And Gen 1 will no longer be made. If OP is right, then the price doubles from PA to Optisan model.

Can anyone clarify this?

If i remember correctly the optisian should be the beefed up version of the current 1-6x. So better optics and other stuff.

I believe that's the case as well. The Optisan scopes are from Japan and they are supposed to be a different (higher) class than the PA scopes. Some of the Optisan reviews suggest the 1-6x had a true 1x.

China can make good stuff and you have to pay for it , we do and test it.The new PA 1-6 will be the same specs with a much better QC backed with PA customer service . The patented ACSS,ACSS CQB-M,ACSS-HUD reticles will only be found in a PA optic at this time.

I have tested the New PA 1-6 ACSS for a while now and its an excellent optic with an amazing price point and reticle. 800 yard hits are made using M193/M855 anti cant device standard AR 15 16" barrel ACSS BDC and wind holds.
Also what I call a rat tail.

I believe the 4x should be a few weeks away as far as the 1-6 I believe March.
