I have an Aimpoint Comp M in a QRP mount and wanted to add this magnifier. I noticed there is an option to add a Samson 7mm riser for a 1/3 co-witness - is this all I would need to get it up and running?

Yes. The QRP is a low lower 1/3 so you can actually get away without the spacer. If you order the spacer and wind up not needing it we will be glad to take it back.
