+1 to PA! Ordered a PA red dot a couple months back when it arrived the sight was DOA called and talked to Brett and upgraded to a vortex strikefire. He even discounted the price of 2 day shipping from the sight so that it arrived before the weekend. These guys are awesome!

So Damn FAST!!!!

Instead of starting a new thread - I'll piggy-back here...

Placed an order about 18:45 last night - got a shipping notification with tracking number at 07:45 this morning!

It's not the first time - but it always amazes me! No other merchant (even the good ones) are this damn fast... not to mention very good shipping rates and some of the best prices on the items I ordered.

I have had nothing but great quick response times from dimitri. just recently made my first purchase through PA and wonder why I haven't bought anything rm them before. Ordered from PA a couple of times .. this last time I received the wrong part , let them know.. after hours mind you.. had a new part sent out to me the next day with a label to return the wrong one..
no waiting for me to return the part I had , sent me another with a label to return.. gotta love trust and good CS.

service continues to increase positively and don't foresee that diminishing. I ordered an Eotech 512 matched with n ADM riser with extra rail and an ADM SM-02 swing to side magnifier mount for a Primary Arms 3X LER magnifier. I was getting blurred results but due to an incorrect height on the magnifier mount. I contacted dimitri here and received a quick response. and was told to call and Marshall was expecting my call. left a voicemail and within 30 mins received a call back. Marshall took the time out to pull up my order and saw exactly why I was having this problem. American defense has a misleading description of the riser mount and Marshall provided me with a return authorization and also provided me an alternative solution to what I was trying to achieve with my red dot + magnifier setup.

I've always heard how great their service was, but having to deal with them and experiencing it first hand makes you appreciate it moreso. no need to have any hesitation or doubts if you're wondering if you should order from primary arms. it seems that customer service isn't a question until something goes wrong, but that's what primary arms does, make sure it isn't a problem and are quick to come up with a solution.
