    Primary Arms - Awesome again

    A while back I ordered from them, had a slight problem in that I thought I ordered the wrong thing - here is the thread from that one

    Anyway, after the great service I wanted to give them my business again.

    I have been slowly buying parts for my Calguns lowers that are coming soon

    I found a place that had a few items I wanted and they happened to be on sale, I thought great - but they didn't have everything I wanted.

    So I checked Primary Arms and they had the other items.... But, I really didn't want to make separate orders for fairly small items.

    I contacted Primary Arms and asked about pricing - We had some friendly e-mails about what I was looking for and why anyone would be having a sale on hard to get items.

    Anyway, Marshall worked with me and ended up matching the prices on the sale items and I bought the other stuff.

    Several things stood out to me on this.

    1. "We want your business" - Marshall - stuff is selling, but guy did what it took to earn my business

    2. This was not a huge order - about $200 total, but was treated as a valued customer through the whole process

    3. My plan was to buy today, when I got paid - conversation stared Monday - He recommended I buy the stuff and use the 'Money Order' option on check out so I didn't miss out on the stuff I wanted - Then today I just switched it over to my atm/visa

    I am not sure if I gave away too much, but wanted you to know how awesome these guys are.

    Do not hesitate to buy from them, some of the best service I have ever experienced.

        Bend-over-backward customer service often yields repeat purchases even though vendor may carry items at higher prices. Never sacrifice savings of a few dollars over trust and dependability.

        Now all is I asked is for PA to start selling rebuild magazine kits. Pretty please!

          We support California customers and try our best to supply products, mag kits misused can land us in hot water and not worth risking. We hope you guys understand.

            Dimitri, will you guys ship standard cap mags to a friendly state, but with a CA billing address?

            AKA:

            Can I pay for mags and have them shipped to texas?
