Great vendor
I haven't bought anything recently from you guys but I wanted to drop a line and say that you guys rock.
I was reading some of my old posts where I publicly complained about someone's else's crappy service and someone mentioned that you never hear any good reports from good vendors...only complaints when something goes wrong.
I think he was correct and I felt that giving you some good praise was in order from my past experiences with you.
Please, please, please don't ever forget that good customer support is a key driver for developing your business. Keep up the good work guys.
