help me pick one of your red dots

Just built my first AR for just plinking around. Read some good things about your stuff and would like to stay around $100-$150. What would you guys suggest?

I like the Micro Dot. Small and light. They all do the same thing in putting a dot on the target. The Multi reticle in popular because of the EOTech like circle dot reticle. It comes down to personal preference.
