    Policy Change?

    Back in Nov., I ordered a Radical upper from you guess that I couldn't get to work. You promptly sent me a return label, and had a new upper shipped out to me even before you received my old upper back.

    I've been a customer for years, and due to that response, your super fast shipping, and great prices, you became my favorite vendor. And I recommended PA to anyone that would listen (I'm the go to gun guy at work).

    Well I finally got to shoot my replacement upper and had the exact same issues (after two range trips). When I tried to return this upper, I was told I have to deal with Radical direct and you would not take back this upper (still waiting to here from Radical).

    Is this is policy change PA had?

    These's also another one of your customers on this forum with the exact same upper and problem. He too was told to contact RF.

    Well it took awhile, but PA finally made it right. Hopefully they stick to this policy.
