        And they didn't respond in chat?

        That is hard to believe.

          Phone is never answer or refer to chat. Chat says cant find correct order number and ends. Email says well get back to you in 3 days, days ago. I'll wait till Monday and ask my card co to help. Im betting that will open up com channels....

            Yes. Hoping to get a good response here and resolve it. But if not, Im betting I get a response from the dispute with card co. Either way, lesson learned....
