Does anyone have any info on the CA legal SAM7K. looking to buy one from a local dealer with bullet button, pinned brake and riveted one round mag.

I see KVAR wont ship to CAL but how are these ok? Are they supposed to be on the "approved handgun" list? (No Arsenal)
