Your Shipping Rates

Hello. I ordered 3 handguard tension springs from you for about $6 and change These things weigh not much more than paper clips. My only shipping option was UPS ground for about $12. This is excessive, but I was desperate for the part. (Not only that, I had to order 3 of them otherwise I was below the minimum order level. )

Why dont you offer cheaper USPS shipping choices? I have purchased before from others online retailers instead of you because your rates are so high.

Lastly, even though I paid the $12 plus for UPS ground, you shipped me first class mail.

If you take a look at the invoice sent with your products and your bank statement, you'll see that I adjusted the shipping charge on your order down to $3 and sent it USPS. We do not have the US Mail option listed on our website, but any of our customers are welcome to request it during the checkout process (you would have to select a UPS option first, but then you can just write a note addressed to me in the "Notes" section that requests the cheapest shipping). I review all orders before the credit cards are charged and the invoices are sent through to the warehouse.
