Looking for a Beretta Cougar 8040 (used) for person to person sales, shot this handgun many years ago and fell in love with it and the rotating barrel. I am aware that Beretta stopped making and sold the rights to Stoeger but the Stoeger Cougar is not on the CAL. list of handguns to be sold in CALIF. Only Beretta Cougar (as listed) and it expires this 12/2012. Any help would be great...
