LR308 bullet button

When I built my AR15 I ordered a two bullet buttons in case I buggered something with the first one. Well as luck would have it, I had zero issues and it works like its supposed to. Now that I have started on a DPMS pattern .308 build, I am wondering if my spare bullet button will work or do I need to order a specific one for a DPMS pattern .308 lower receiver.

they are the same.

Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.
