I STOPPED TAKING NEW ORDERS MONTHS AGO BECAUSE I WANT TO MAKE SURE THE CURRENT ORDERS GET FILLED. NATIONAL POLITICS ARE PLAYING HAVOC ON THIS ORDER.
ALL BACKORDERS WILL BE FILLED AS I GET GUNS. IF ANY LAW THAT WILL IMPACT THE IMPORTATION OF THESE GUNS IS SIGNED THIS YEAR I WILL BEGIN CANCELLING ORDERS AND REFUNDING UPON NEWS OF SIGNING. OTHERWISE THE GUNS WILL BE SLOWLY SHIPPING AS I GET THEM. YOUR PRE-ORDER PRICE IS GOOD UNTIL IT IS SHIPPED. ANY NEW ORDERS FOR THESE GUNS WILL BE MUCH HIGHER DUE TO DIFFICULTY IN OBTAINING THEM. NEXT YEAR MAY BE MUCH WORSE FOR INVENTORY SO I SUGGEST WAITING AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. DISTRIBUTOR PRICES DO NOT GO UP BUT DEALERS WILL RAISE PRICES AS I HAVE ALREADY.

I am already getting cancellations because for some reason there is a small group of individuals that did not see all my notifications that there is no eta on these guns. Those folks that had me make invoices will be allowed to buy when the guns come in but NOT at this price. As the CA legislation moves forward to ban 99% of centerfire guns prices will go up. I doubt the bills will fail. If you were governor and you just had the first major terrorist attack on CA soil since WWII with a majority of voters that hate guns do you think you will let your political career be destroyed by being targeted as the guy that ignores his voters? The 89 ban was due to a school shooting. This ban will be due to fear it can happen in intimate settings like a small Christmas party.
I am at the top of the list for these guns. I just do not know when they will be in my hands this year. I ordered these guns last year and I would not be doing this order if I thought I would not be getting them this year. Even if I do not, these funds are here for a gun. If I have to buy it from one of my network FFLs I can do that. If you decide to cancel you will be refunded because another guy will take your spot. I have shut down backorders for these guns on my website so all of them can go to CA. National customers can only put in a notification request and I am not selling them until no one in CA wants them. Do not waste my time having me make invoices for you and then decide under 24 hours later you don't want to buy. It has a severe impact on getting other work done. If you are the least bit concerned about your money being held here in limbo DO NOT ORDER. When they are here they will be anywhere from $600-1000+ depending on the progress of the bill only because these are already hard to get. Middleman conversions will go up in price as demand increases also. If I have to work 17 hours a day to pump out guns before December I will need to pay doctors, therapists, and more employees to keep me from blowing out a gasket. That all gets passed on to the guys that always assumed CA will loosen its gun laws.
I only know I am high on the list for any that arrive at my distributor and I have 120 on order in black, fde, and odg. They are glock 19 and 17 models.
Price shipped and CA converted is $525 for black and $545 for fde or odg.
Only cashiers checks and money orders are accepted. No credit/debit accepted. This makes it easy for you to cancel at anytime and not cost me money in processing fees. The only way I can lock these in is if I have the funds to pay for them in advance in case I am allocated a lot at once. I do to want to miss out on any guns so only pre-paid is allowed.
There will be no selling spots in line. If you cancel the position is eliminated and everyone below moves up a notch. It is too much of a headache adjusting orders and this is not a group buy.
I already talked to Prince50 about doing a special run of bullet buttons for me so enough will be available when the guns arrive but I think they will be trickling in as batches of 10 or 20 at a time. I already have a small batch of buttons here.
If you are not willing to wait several months for this gun then do not order. I have no idea how soon they will be in stock for me and I do not want anyone asking for updates. Once you order and send a check the only response from me will be an emailed receipt and an emailed tracking number when the gun finally ships. The only correspondence I will accept is for order cancellation requests. All others will be ignored because I am busy shipping guns and parts to other calgunners that are waiting patiently.
