I am behind on orders. I am processing them as fast as i can but I am getting more email, pm, and phone requests for updates that only slow me down more.
I have been severely understaffed since the middle of June and just lost a week of work spending time on my anniversary/convalidation.
Your order will be shipped. Do not request an update unless it is over 3 weeks old.
If it is a group buy order please be patient. Those take a lot of time to complete.
If it is a blocked mag order please expect a 1-2 week delay. I just hired on my 3rd assistant in 3 weeks. He is looking like a keeper. The others were useless.
If it is a middleman transfer contact me with what oyu have. These also take time because they require conversion work and mag blocking. Some need custom parts.
If you ordered a rifle that needs special conversion work like barrel extensions it will be a longer process because I have to source parts. One of my suppliers had to shut down due to family illness so I am looking for other suppliers.
If you ordered anything other than the above please be patient. If the order is over 3 weeks old contact me. If it is under 3 weeks old do not contact me until it is 3 weeks old.
I am doing everything I can to get caught up. I expect to be cleared out of orders by early next week. Anything that needs special CA treatment takes a lot of time and I can't just hire anyone to work for me because of the work I do.
