Ok, i guess im gonna ask here since im not getting much information anywhere else. I was looking at your site and saw you sold these https://www.atlanticfirearms.com/fla...ers-37-mm.html. So im wondering what their legality is here in california in regards to health and safety code 12722 "The following fireworks may be seized in pursuant to 12721 ( l) Any emergency signaling DEVICE sold, offered for sale, or used which does not bear the State Fire Marshal label of registration as required by this part.". Does the term "device" refer to the launcher itself??

Sorry but since the Ban on Russian Based firearms was announced last week we have been swamped and no time to patrol web forums . Sorry we do not know all the laws in all 50 states Especially in CA so can not tell you for certain. They are flare launchers so considered a saftey device . I would guess if you used something other than a flare it would be considered other.Comment
