    Order Status Question

    Hello,

    I have an order with you guys that you are currently processing. It says "shipped" under the status but I have not received any shipment emails.

    Any info you can send me would be great.

    Please log into your account and click on your existing order you should see the tracking info listed. You would have also been emailed tracking info from fedex so you may want to check your spam folder.If you have further questions please email our office directly.

      I logged in and I saw the order info but no tracking info. I have not been emailed anything regarding tracking info or shipping info. I did send an email to you guys on Friday evening as well. I understand that there may be some disconnect because of the weekend.

      I just like having all of my ducks in a row.

        If you look at the order receipt info on the account the tracking info will be listed however it will not jump out at you most customers overlook the info it will be listed as Fedex Tracking#
