They would and have said "NO" to mag parts.

Super Spy, yes I'm sure they'll be willing to ship out of state, but the question is do you want to pay the extra cost for shipping?

At this time we do not ship mags to customers as rebuild kits we will be glad to ship the mags to another state . We offer kits with no mags at a lower cost as a option for customers in mag restricted states CA , MD , NY , NJ etc
