Gotta make a single-shot sled and a maglock. The barrel is long enough as it is.

With that large hole in the side of the mag well all you have to do is drill a hole in the mag just above the bottom of the hole. Then put in a bolt with a couple of washers to the outside of the mag well. Viola', mag will not come out with out the use of a tool. You could rivet the the follower to the top of the mag. Viola', a single shot sled. All you are sacrificing is a mag and it meets the legal requirements to import. And it's cheap, a rivet, #10 bolt, nut and washers and a couple of holes drilled in less then ten seconds.
