    Saiga llegal in CA?

    I contacted a gun shop today to have a rifle potentially transferred, a California Legal Saiga IZ 240 AK 74 Rifle was illegal as per the DOJ in CA. Can you at all confirm this? If you can sell this rifle in CA, could you please be so kind as contact the shop and inform them that you can transfer.
