If I am able to add an item to my cart on the website, does that mean it is in stock?

Looking at a V51 (havent decided on pistol or rifle yet)

Sorry we are sold out and do not ship the V51 pistols to CA at this time , we are not sure when & if we will see more just waiting. As we cover on the web site we list everything that we carry but customers but verify the in stock status before placing orders. Would you ship to another FFL out of CA and then they can install the single round sled and ship it to my FFL in CA after?. For the V53 pistol.
