    Atlantic Arms Worst customer service ever

    I just recently purchased a zastavas M90 from them. I emailed them to express that this is my first AK and kindly asked them to please pick out a nice one for me, instead they sent me a damaged, chipped hand guard and they installed the blade grip so terrible that the shop was shocked they sent it out like that. I contacted a representative from Atlantic named Shawn, and all he said was, he?s going to pass it on to Zastavas and they will contact me. First of all, Atlantic totally ignored a customer?s simple request and instead they just didn?t care and took my money so quick but did not even help me with my issues with the damaged hand guard. I even suggested that they just send me a replacement hand guard and he says they don?t carry replacements parts, but it?s all for sale on their website. This piece of ****, kept making excuses and try to pass it on to Zastavas to deal with me. They rifle cost me 1168 including shipping and they didn?t even give me a 10 round magazine. I was so mad but I have already waited weeks for the rifle and didn?t want to go through the hassle of returning it so I dealt with the terrible customer service. I just wanted everyone out there to know what kind of people and the worst services Atlantic Arms provides. Don?t buy anything from them unless you want a terrible customer service experience. All they had to do was to offer a replacement hand guard which they had in stock but refused to. I?ve made a mistake by buying from them.

    Sir , Zastava Arms supplies the rifles for our inventory , If there is an issue like a blemished handguard Zastava Arms would supply you with the part to replace the defective item. Atlantic Firearms does not stock spare Zastava Arms parts so we would not be able to send you the part. If there is an issue with a firearm we would always work with the customer and the manufacture to get the issue resolved. Are you stating that Zastava did not remedy the situation for you ? Zastava Arms USA has been excellent to work with in the past on issues like this . If there is a problem that can not be resolved we would be more than glad to offer you a full refund for the rifle. Please let us know if the issue was not resolved by the importer !

      We looked into this a bit more and the customer purchased a Zastava M90 Serbian red rifle. He did receive a rifle that had damaged hand guards . He requested replacement wood and we did let the customer know we do not stock the parts and Atlantic would contact Zastava directly and have them take care of the issue. At the same time Atlantic did offer a refund OR to let the manufacture replace the wood part. Atlantic Firearms has been serving the firearms community for 24 years and totally understand the let down of the blemished wood. However we need to work with the Importer to source parts and assist in fixing the issue. The customer was not ignored & we communicated with him multiple times the same day he reached out to us and reported the issue. We have the abilty to delete the posts on our section but believe in full transparency and there are 2 sides to the story. Our offer still stands to make sure the customer got the replacement wood from Zastava or we will be glad to offer a refund.

        Sounds about as good of customer service solution as could be provided. Some people just want to be mad. Atlantic is the only seller that gives California an option right on the web page, we need to protect Atlantic at all costs.
