Question on Magazines

Hi,

Do your CA legal rifles come with 10 round magazines or no magazines at all? Your site only mentions not sending any 30 rounders and was curious if you include 10 rounders. Thanks.

When I ordered my WASR from them earlier this year, they took out the 30's and do not replace them. I think this is the rule for all of their rifles.

Yeah my order delivered with no magazines whatsoever. My FFL called and said I needed to buy a magazine before I could DROS.

My first WASR I ordered from AF came with 2 10 round magazines a few years back. Oh well.

They used to be able to send them magazine repair kits with your rifle, but that became illegal so now if it's more than 10 rd magazine that comes with your rifle you don't get a substitution or a discount. Once n awhile they have Cal packages like the ras47 right now that comes with two ten rds mags and the mag lock included in the price. What was your FFL reasoning for not being able to do DROS with a magazine? That you were going to take it home a throw a 30 round mag in it and he would be an accomplice? lol

Also the vepr will come with one 10rd n one 5rd

I believe without a magazine inserted at time of sale, it's technically not "fixed". Just a guess.
