on the website for the plates, the 155 price, is that for TWO plates? (front and back)??

That is for singles, we have all of our body armor listed as singles with the exception of our plate carrier packages. Our carrier packages do include front & back plates.

It can and will depend on shot placement and round type, as our level IV option has a ceramic strike face.

Ceramic & Composite on this model, no steel to keep it as light weight as possible for level IV protection.
