Barrel cutting, threading and fluting?

Do you guys offer barrel cutting services? If you guys do, how much would it cost to cut a 24" SS bull barrel to 18" with a SPR profile, flute, and thread?

I'm trying to figure out if modifying the barrel that I have on hand would be cheaper than buying a new SPR barrel.

Sorry, but we don't cut down barrels longer than 20".

A new 18" Barrel with fluting and black finish will cost $350.00 (plus tax and shipping if we need to ship to you).
