Addax Guardian .308 Battle Rifle is a project we have been working on with companies like Mega Arms and BHW.

BHW has helped us in coming up with a chamber spec that is like the Wylde chamber, but for .308, so you can shoot .308 and 7.62 Nato rifle rounds in our rifle.
It is called the B-AR chamber.

Preliminary Specs.

Mega MA10 Billet Upper and Lower (JD Billet Upper and Lower will be available as an option) with the Addax Guardian Logo laser engraved on the lower or upper

Addax-BHW 16" .308 B-AR Chamber (good for .308 and 7.62 Nato), 1:11 twist Polygonal 3 groove rifling, Mid-length, Black Finish

DPMS Chrome Bolt Carrier with Young Mfg. Chrome Gas Key, Properly installed, and Staked.

.308 bolt and extractor MP tested, coated with DLC (Diamond Like Carbon)

Samson, Daniel Defense and PRI handguard/rail options will be available

Daniel Defense Low Profile Gas Block

Vltor-BCM Gunfighter 7.62 Charging Handle

Battlecomp and PWS FSC30 will be the available compensators

Mega Single stage adjustable tactical trigger assembly

Vltor .308 AR buffer tube

Magpul ACS Stock

Magpul MIAD (Basic Kit)

If you are not going to battle can you buy one? I just may want a semi auto rifle. What makes the trigger tactical? why would someone want to be tactical? Is that like a gun shop commando?

The Guardian Battle Rifles will all come in a Semi Auto configuration.

Update 1/11/11

We expect to have our own Addax Tactical .308 Billet AR lower receivers available April-May 2011.

These will be sold as stripped lowers, or we will be manufacturing the Addax Guardian .308 AR rifles with our lowers.

Our .308 AR lowers will be DPMS/Knights compatible, and will work with Magpul .308 magazines.

Currently, we are building custom .308 AR rifles for customers using customer purchased and supplied JD Machine or Mega MA10 stripped lowers and uppers.

craap I thought you were just making ar15 lowers. I don't suppose they will work with the mega upper will they?
