Turner's is your best bet for an affordable complete upper. Have not seen a stripped upper locally in months.

I'm currently looking for an upper myself, that's why I know.

Take a look at Palmetto State Armory online, they run specials on uppers almost every day and you will usually receive it within two weeks!

ah i see thank you very much. very glad about the veto of sb 374. so does the signing of ab 48 mean that 10/30 pmags will be illegal? or are they fine as long as they come from magpul as a 10/30. you just cant get the conversion kits right?
