OK Noob question of the Century!

I'm embarrassed to say I don't know how to leave feedback for someone after completion of a transaction. If someone would walk me thru the process, I'd be most appreciative. Thanks

It's rather easy to do, but it can be tricky to figure out how to start the process. I'll take a few screen shots for you. There are other ways to leave feedback if the other guy has already left you one. However, if you want to initiate the process, this is the only method that I know of.

To start the process, go to the thread (For instance, his for sale thread) that you originally found the buyer/seller and find one of their posts. Once you do, look for their iTrader rating. Notice that their rating (regardless of the number) is actually a clickable link. Before you click the link, make sure to COPY the URL of the current page that you are on (IE the link to the thread that brought you two together for a sale/trade). You will need this later, so copying it now saves you from having to go back and retrieve it.

After you click the link, you will see an option to "Submit new feedback". Click this.

Next, you simply fill in the blanks with what you want to leave as feedback. Note the arrow pointing to the "deal thread" - this is where you paste the link to the original thread that you copied earlier. Note that the "short comment" is what the person's iTrader profile will display to all members who look at his profile. The bigger comment box will only be visible to the guy receiving the feedback.

Wow Peety... thank you SO much for such a detailed explanation. I so needed exactly that. I would have never have figured that out. Even after reading a couple of others posts on how to do it, I was stumped. Good karma your way!
