I second Gunfighter Tactical. Not only do they sell lowers, they also manufacture their own. It’s pretty cool having an AR lower with “San Diego, CA” stamped on it. They are open but like every other gun shop they are swamped right now due to the gun buying panic. I would either call or email them ahead of time to see what they have available.

Agreed! I've got a Gunfighter and a JD Machine.

TPM Arms in El Cajon is a 07 manufacture that is also a machine shop. Receivers are manufactured in house.

I am sure Firearms unknown is selling all sorts of rifle parts, pretty much everything you need to finish your build. But their stuff is kinda pricey so might wanna get some basic stuff(lower/lower part kit) there and see if you can get some good deals on Calguns when it comes to the rest. There are tons of ppl selling parts at the market forum.
