Walmarts in SD County still selling ammo

Apologies if a thread already exist but I could not find one, does any one know of Walmarts that are still selling ammo in the county? Im in North County and knew of 5 that used to sell and out of those 5 only one kept selling. Walmart off of Nordahl.

I bought some ammo from the Walmart on nordahl a month or 2 ago.

I was there on Sunday and they stopped selling because apparently per CA there needs to be 10 employees on the payroll able to sell ammo and that particular store only has 2? Something along those lines, ill most likely check in Friday or so and see if anything changes. In the meanwhile I wanted to see if there were other options.

That can't be right. Some places don't even have 10 employees.

It definitely seemed suspicious to me, hopefully the employee gave me wrong information. The ammo case had signs stating there would be no selling of ammo.

I know for a fact both Oceanside locations, Vista and Encinitas havent been carrying ammo for several months now.

Relatively sure the Walmart in the Oceanside valley near 76 and college sells ammo and also the San Marcos Walmart off of Nordahl. Best to call and ask before driving though.

I thought I read somewhere that it will only be the superstores. Are the ones people have listed still selling superstores?

was there last Saturday at the Santee walmart (not a superstore) and bought ammo.

I had a similar experience at the Murphy Canyon Walmart last Tuesday. They had a small sign saying "No ammo sales." I asked one of the associates and he states that "the store lost its COE."

I asked when they will get their COE back, he just shrugged his shoulder.

But the Walmart at Shawline still sells ammo, I bought some yesterday.

Ill have to try the one off pf the 79 then, I went a year ago and they pulled all their ammo out. Perhaps they changed their policy.
