Moving to San Diego and need a reputable dealer/FFl, need recommendations

Hello everyone, I need recommendations of a reputable dealer and FFL that is local to North County San Diego. I've read through most of this site and I'm still not sure what I can and can't bring with me based on the CA laws changing so much Im not sure what is current. No clue what to do with what I have and I want to make sure to do it absolutely correctly as the laws here are far different then what I am used to. I also need a dealer that can recommend ranges and has good prices on guns and ammo.I prefer to do all of my business with one dealer. Looking forward to the amazing weather and thank you everyone for the advice.

    Thank you

    Gunfighter Tactical.

Not in north county, but definitely the best shop in the county.

        +1 on Gunfighter
Stop calling them Lawmakers. It only encourages them.

I'll agree to Gunfighter as well, though it's definitely not in north county. You really have to just try out the different shops and see what suits you.

              Escondido:
              Precision Arms
              Turner's

              San Marcos:
              North County Shooting Center
              Duncan's Gunworks

              Oceanside:
              Iron Sights

              Carlsbad:
              Gunther Guns

I'm sure I'm missing a couple. I know Vista has a shop or two that I've never been to.

Personally I use Duncan's, Turners, and Iron Sights mostly. Depending on what I'm doing. Gunther's and NCSS are comparatively spendy. Precision Arms is crotchety and unpredictable, though relatively well priced.
Wish I was rich instead of so damn good looking.

How far north? That covers a big area.

Cal customs in fallbrook if you want old fashion customer service and pretty good selection!

+1 Gunfighter Tactical worth the drive even if you have closer options.

Bebee in Fallbrook should also be added.

+1 Gunfighter Tactical, absolutely. Very helpful and professional.
For ammo, look up LAX Ammo. There is a location in San Diego, in addition to one in the LA area.
