San Diego city proper is a "Sanctuary City". Smaller cities in the county are not like Escondido and Carlsbad.

San Diego is run by a bunch of lefties and a weak RINO mayor. It's changed a lot over the last 15 years. We had Bob Filner as "molester in chief" until he resigned. That says more about the voters here than the candidates.

If the city council had their way it would be but the mayor did stop them after they voted. I live in San Diego very close to border I’d guess it doesn’t make a difference if it is or isn’t this close to border.
