Just looked at their site and that looks interesting... Might have to try that out one day... Do you know how much it cost? I cant seem to find it on the site.

It's $10 per gun unless you're a member, then it's $5 (members hopefully already know this )

If this is your first trip to Rainbow range for that combat shoot - It focuses on production and carry pistols. They frown at my guns with optics, fancy triggers, and oversized magazine wells.

First time will be more expensive, bring about $30- you will be paying $15 for a 1 year insurance card to shoot there as a guest, and $10 for the pistol match, $1 each time to shoot it again for fun. Rifle stage is another $1 and $1 for shotgun stages if you would like to shoot those.

The match is 30 pistol rounds total, 5 stages with 6 rounds each no reloading. Very pedestrian but challenging for new shooters. Any time under 60 seconds earns you a neat little Pin for your performance, of different color badges for faster times (under 50,40,30 etc. seconds).



After pistol clears up there are team events; relay shooting with pistol and shotgun shooting the same stages- this is scored for fun.

Last there is a walk and draw competition that is 1v1 single elimination- very fun.
