question for the group re: opening an indoor range

i'm working w/ a buddy who's interested in opening an indoor range - he has a market survey to run and i was thinking that it might be best to present it to like minded people in the general area of the proposed range. i chose this forum bcuz the range would be in the county of SB. i've gotten it down to a relatively short set specific, mostly multiple choice questions so it should be quick and easy for those responding
