Some parts of Hodge road are now staked private property

I went out to Hodge road yesterday and noticed some signs marking the land private property. I know not all the land up there is BLM and only a very small parcel is BLM but I have never seen the land up there marked. As you drive in it's on the right hand side along the road. And as a matter of fact on the way up there to Hodge road I was driving along side of a white Dodge 2500 marked law enforcement BLM . I wonder if they are going to start enforcing the private property and citing people for trespassing.
Old problems are like dry poop, if you let the dry poop sit it doesn't smell but the minute you decide to stir the poop with a stick, the smell comes back. Moral of the story, Don't bring up old problems!

Not far , maybe about 300 feet west of the cell phone tower on your right hand side as your drive in from the 15 freeway . Some sign are still up and some have been shot up or run over but you can definitely tell they are fairly new signs

There used to be signs saying that it was illegal to shoot within a mile of an interstate. This was about ten years ago.
Off Wild Wash road (one exit south from Hodge rd) the signs say shotguns only.

I'll be out there all day Monday with some new toys. I hope this isn't the case, or I'll have to start heading out near Calico. I already hate the drive.

I did some shooting at Hodge Rd today and didn't see any signs. I entered from the freeway and went about a mile in. There were 5 or 6 other vehicles close to the entrance. Everything seemed normal and there were no rangers around all day. Perfect day with almost no wind and some clouds.

Drove by on the 4th on my way to Vegas. The place was packed with shooters. A couple of chips were up on the overpass.

I was at Hodge today for a few hours. There were a couple of unmarked government vehicle dudes watching shooters from the on ramp with binoculars. Not that anything illegal was going on. Just a heads up.

Did you head East or West after exiting Hodges? Going to head out there this weekend also, was making sure if we could shoot on either side. Def dont want to drive out 1.5 hours to not shoot at all.

Head west off of the freeway. The other side is a no go for shooting.
