Discounted snap on boxes go fast regardless of who's selling. You can check with the local distributor sometimes they get them when mechanics upgrade to a larger box. A top of the line Craftsman is a much better deal and quality is very good. Don't get hung up on a name.

You have to be persistent though and check daily and multiple times a day for listings.

We use to have the snap-on guy com by our house when he had good deals.

He brought by a 15k box that the guy that first ordered it didn't want because it had a scratch on the side. Placed it next to my other box with a cover over it and you can't notice anything on it.

Got it for 3k....Brandew. Double stacker.

Just gotta keep your eye open. Get friendly with the snap-on guy in your area. Ours know I buy everything cash and usually on the spot.

Thanks for the suggestion guys, you were right about them being swapped up.

The thing that sucks, is that when I was working in a machine shop I tried to get a hold of a Snap-on guy. Never heard of anything of it again. Now im stuck going through their crappy online store because i'm not working now.

Go by a local auto repair shop and ask a tech when the SO salesman comes by. They are usually on a very rigid schedule and you can be in their parking lot when he shows. The tech might also have a card or receipt that has the distributor's address on it.
