Shotgun Competition shoots

Looking to participate in some competitive shotgun shooting events.

Are any of these held anywhere?

Maybe us calguners can get a group together and go out to Raahauges to have some competitive fun.

Anyone know of anything that's currently happening monthly or would like to get something together?

Lemon Grove Rod & Gun holds 4 tactical shotgun shoots a year. The next one is Sunday June 30. It is a really fun match, and a deal at $15 for non-members. 6 scored stages and a man on man fun stage. Here is a link... http://www.lemongrovegunclub.com/TacticalShotGun.cfm

We are kicking off our Sporting Clays Couples League at Raahauges starting July 21st and will be every 3rd Sunday.

Was hoping to do something more like sporting clays and skeet.

The couples thing sounds interesting but don't know if you'd allow friends (two guys) to shoot together as a team or if its restricted to couples as in husband/wife or bf/gf

Of course we will! This originally started out as husband and wife, fiance's, boyfriend / girfriend, but the groups grew to include everyone, the "couples" name just stuck, and I don't think any of us wanted to let it fall by the wayside.

But one of you is going to have to wear the ladies tank top jk.
