Rules on selling an AR Pistol

Hello all,
I am new to this forum and wanted to see if anyone had the rules for selling an AR Pistol in California. I have an AR Pistol that was custom made that I have never used and want to sell. It has a fixed 10 round magazine with a cross armory locking plate. Thanks for any help.

As long as it was originally an ar pistol then no problem. Who assembled it? How did you acquire.? Was it drosed to you?

Do you have the original DROS showing it as a Semi auto handgun.

The lower was purchased and assigned as an ar pistol. The upper and rest of the parts were built after I received the lower after the 10 day dros.
