    PT Gunworks Help!!

I have recently done business with PT Gunworks in Westminster. I had nothing but good things to say about Roy and his staff. However, recently I made a purchase of ammo out of state that needed to be sent to an FFL dealer so Roy told me I could use the shop. The ammo was shipped and received according to tracking info. The shop has been closed and locked up for a 3rd straight days now with no one answering the phones, texts, anything. Can anyone please suggest what my next course of action should be?? ATF, Local Police, what?

    TIA

I suggest re-posting this under "general gun discussions" to get more people looking.

    Good Luck.

      Joe,
We are in the same situation. My husband has been using this place for about 6 months now to get our ammo delivered from Target Sports USA. He spoke to Roy on Tuesday the 4th to let him know he would be in Saturday to pick it up. He said no problem. Ammo was signed and delivered for on Thursday. Husband called and went by Saturday and it was closed and is still closed. My husband found an old business card of theirs with a different number so he called yesterday and the person who picked up was an old gunsmith of theirs who no longer works at PT. He said Roy has been under investigation for the past year. So we are thinking something may have happened with this situation. We had no idea and would not have done business with them had we known. We are now out of $500 worth of ammo. Very disappointing situation as we are close to the July 1st date and $500 is a lot to lose

A friend was driving by PTGunworks today and saw Roy pulling up, so he stopped in. Roy said he is open by appointment only at the moment and should be back to normal soon.

I hope you guys are able to get your ammo!!!

I heard from the person operating the Instagram account that Roy was "doing **** he wasn't supposed to be doing" and the shop closed as a result. This was June 12th. There was a short period where people could get their firearms transferred and ammo delivered, but I think they're closed for good now. I hate the way things turned out thus far. I bought my first gun from Roy shortly before the Under-21 restrictions took effect. I went featureless for home defense, and right before I was gonna buy a Hellfighter-equipped rifle for range use, the shop closed. I hope you find out a way to retrieve your shipment.
