    EZ Jig Lending, Renting, Selling rules?

    I bought a couple of AR-15 80% lowers and need to finish them. I'd like to borrow or rent a jig if it's legal to do so. Or if anyone has an extra one for sale?

    Please advise what legal options are.

    I'm in Fullerton.

      I think you have to do the work and you have to own the tools.
