LGS in LA county with HKs at a reasonable price?

    Hi guys,

I'm new to the community and I'm looking to get my first HD and range piece.
I've been looking for a USP9 or a VP9 at a reasonable price, but I can't seem to find any HK dealers besides Martin B Retting in the LB area (which is a bit out of my price range).

Does anybody know of any LGS with HK's at reasonable prices?
I'm willing to travel up to the Rancho Cucamonga or Irvine area. Thanks for any help!

HK and resonable price don't go together.

The VP9 and the $200 rebates suggest HK is thinking of changing that notion

Rumor is that HK declared bankruptcy so that $200 has to do with it

Again this is a rumor I stumbled upon the HK forums, so don't get all keyboard oper8er on me

No it's LA and reasonable price that don't go together ... *sigh* ...

Maybe try baboosh, home FFL on this site

Yeah USP's are usually pretty pricey. Have you checked out riflegear? Its in Orange County but a bit closer to you.

HK in Los Angeles.......reminds me of the old and long gone B&B Sales in North Hollywood. One day back in 1984 I walked in there, and a half hour later walked out the door with two HK91-A3's, paid $429 each. Those were the days!

Ive bought all my handguns at gun effects. Give them a call. They usually have the cheapest retail price.

B&B Sales was at the time the top of total rude behavior towards customers. I really dreaded going in there, but it was the most convienient outlet at the time. I shed no tears when they closed. During that time, pre-internet or mail order ammo sales, it was easy to drive the SFV circuit of B&B, National, Sherwood's and Andrews, to name a few. Of those, B&B seemed like a bunch of Jack-Booted Thugs, despite a few fair prices.

You do not need to go as far as rancho. Riflegear in fountain valley is reasonably priced and a good selection.

Thanks for the advice folks! I ended up going with Baboosh, ride was long but strangely relaxing since traffic was non-existant on the 210 and 134 today. HK VP9 in jail!
