Event Timeline
From August 4 through August 12, public parking lots, streets, the Pier, and the Strand may be temporarily impacted by the set-up and break-down of event-related equipment. The following is a tentative timeline of activities:

Sunday 8/4 - Wednesday 8/7: Event Load-In/Setup
Thursday 8/8 - Sunday 8/11: Production Load In/Parking Lot A
Friday 8/9 - Saturday 8/10: Tech/Dress Rehearsals
Sunday 8/11: Event Day + Street Closures in effect 11 AM to 9 PM
Monday 8/12: Event Cleanup
Detours + Road Closures
From Monday August 5 to Monday August 12, public parking lots, city streets, the Pier, and the Strand may be temporarily impacted by the set-up and break-down of event-related equipment and infrastructure.

There will be street closures and traffic detours on Sunday August 11. The following closures will be in effect from 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM on Sunday August 11.
