I second The Vault AV. Former ricks employee opened it. MUCH safer area than ricks and they have a nice shop to check-out. That is unless you really need to get some used construction tools and a new tv while you are ppt'ing.

ive been to the vault liked the atmosphere - but has anyone done a ppt there? ive used high desert and it took ~45 minutes about the same at oaktree. not as bad as turners but just looking to get in and out.

Sadly, a 30 minute ppt is about as fast as one can get anywhere - that's the DOJs fault, not the FFL. I think 45 minutes is about average.

I've done PPT's that took 7-10 minutes if the FFL and the buyer and seller know what they are doing and if the FFL does not add too much of their own unnecessary CYA nonsense paperwork.
