I have all the parts for a upper and wanted to save money on a build by seeing if anyone here can build a upper and/or permanently pin a muzzle break to a barrel. Im located in the SFV/LA area and every shop charges $100 minimum for both (upper build + pinning the muzzle) so im looking to pay less than that. Any leads are appreciated!
