Recommend me a shop in the Central Coast

Need a shop to put together my AR15 upper and re-stake the key on my BCG. Can someone recommend me a good shop? I live in Goleta, I'd prefer a shop in the Santa Barbara area but I'm willing to drive to Ventura if need be.
