Open Area in Rosamond

Hi All,
I ran across an old post from 2011 listing 34.89260, -118.18495 as an open shooting area. I checked it out yesterday and looks like there are fresh shells and(of course) a lot of target trash in the area. Didn't see anyone out there but it was about 105 degrees at the time. does anyone have current info on this area?? Is it still a legal, open shooting area or not. there were no signs regarding "no shooting" except for boundary signs that read "no shooting beyond this sign"
.........guess I could take the .22 out there and see how long it takes for Officer Range Rover to come and boot me in the arse!!!
Any feedback on this location or others in this area(living in Palmdale) would be greatly appreciated

Be careful out there. Turns out its private property and some of the reports I read about that place last year reported constant Sheriff visits and the owner of the property was putting tire spikes on the trail.
