Is the day use area on panoche access road still accessible by car? The bathroom etc?

Or is the gate on little panoche the one that gets locked, closing ALL of the panoche access road?

the gate at little panoche road is what got closed in the past . April 15th was when they closed it in past years.

Bummer. If they closed the upper gate by the bathroom it would be way easier to walk in.
