LPRG for beginners

I recently acquired a new shotgun and want to go to the range to try it out. I've been skeet shooting once but never trap before.

LPRG (Livermore-Pleasanton Rod and Gun) is fairly close to my house and I was wondering if the place was friendly for beginner trap shooters? Any idea of the busy-ness on weekends?

A friend and I are planning to go out and I wanted to know what to expect. Both of us are beginners to trap shooting. Any tips?

LPRG + trap shooting

Livermore, is very friendly toward new guys. I think you will find trapshooting to be adictive and a lot of fun. Let them know you are new and they will go out of their way to see that you enjoy yourself.
