i got to say people are keeping the place fairly clean i haul away a couple small bags of shotshells(easy to pick up with a magnet) and some of the russian 223 and 7.62 the glass and occasional electronic garbage is annoying but it seems manageable unlike the insurmountable cow mountain

the problem is that people seem reasonable but they look at you weird for picking up garbage ya see people out there with a walmart bulk box o shells hulls all around their feet (ya want help picking those up*) they look at you like you are some kind of a nut

    * best non threatening way of asking someone to pick up their hulls

Sadly I have not been out since early June. I have been having issues with my back and hips. (hence the surgery) I haven't even taken my birthday rifle out shooting yet last year i was out there at least twice a month. I am hoping I will be able to make it out there to support the cleanup but the bending and lifting are out of the question.

How's the road up? Not sure the family roadster (Pilot) will make it up.

Is there parking at the bottom and the chance to catch a ride to the top?

Is this a clean and shoot or just a clean up?

How long is the cleanup? Til sundown (5:30-ish?)

I have made it up to the range in a mini van. My uncle made it up in a Neon. There is parking at the entrance. I'm not sure if there will be people willing to car pool.
It will be shooting until 2pm. Cleanup from 2-5.

I am still recovering from surgery so I'm not sure if I will make it out for this clean up.

Hey Huduvudu sorry to hear your still layed up. Anyway the road is getting a lot worse. I was up last weekend and their was a fare amount of mud puddles and it may be a little more than some cars can take. I would have no problem offering a ride up to the range depending on how many seats I have available. I hope I can make this one and I'm still disappointed I missed the last snow playday.
