I brought sunscreen, but I guess only a couple people ended up using it, myself included. I'm fine

#37 - Oh yeah... Tannerite + what you see. By the way - that IS a hot dog holding the donuts together.

      #38 - Instant mayhem

      #39 - Inspecting the scene

      #40 - Two Remington 700 5R's

I used some sunscreen, but not enough as I'm a little toasted.

Ok guys, I've numbered my pics so that you can say "Oh yeah, in Turby's pic # xyz, blah blah and blah." I saw pic #'s as a requirement on another forum, and thought I should bring that practice here, at least informally, for posts with a lot of pictures. Better than quoting said picture millions of times.

Yea no kidding.. I didn't see all of the donut mess in the air at the time.

I have this problem where I end up shooting more pictures with the camera, than I do shooting targets with my guns. I can't pass up an opportunity to document an event - a personal passion of mine, I guess.

Good news - the BLM rangers will pick up the trash today. I've asked them to let me know if the stuff managed to stay in one pile or not. I'll let you guys know if there were any problems with our cleanup pileup method.

It was still in tact when I left about an hour after you did
I stopped and spoke with the guys that were shooting and made sure they knew they needed to clean up after themselves

Thanks for doing that with the trash - and were the guys shooting there Calgunners too? I saw them on the way out but I didn't stop to approach them.

Thanks also for approaching those other yahoo's who strayed off the road to shoot. Helps that we police the area ourselves to ensure that we all can continue to enjoy this public land.

They were not calgunners and seemed to have no idea when I told them that they needed to clean up the brass from there shooting

I haven't had a chance yet to sort through more of the pics but will tonight
I probably only have a half a dozen more of any worth

Did you happen to see the TV set they had between their upright targets? Hope they cleaned that up.
