We usually visit the glass factory in the Santa Barbara mountains. I was told today that they're closed due to fire restrictions. Does anyone know of any outdoor ranges in Ventura/Santa Barbara County where you can practice by pulling from holster and setting up multiple targets?

Winchester Canyon is near the GF, but I have never shot handguns there so I am not sure they will let you draw from holster and set up multiples. Probably not but you can always ask Mike Foster http://www.wcgc.net/content/contact-us. No other range in VC/SB county will let you do what you want to do.
